Requirements

Responsibilities

As the Senior Manager, Talent Operations, you will support and mentor a team of talent acquisition coordinators, providing guidance and fostering professional development. You will develop and maintain TA metrics, dashboards, and reports to track performance and guide strategic decisions, presenting data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. You will own the implementation and adoption of new talent acquisition technologies and processes, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to best practices, and track organizational adherence to our processes and own recruitment specific projects. Additionally, you will create and maintain clear documentation for talent acquisition processes and systems, develop strategies to attract early career talent, and lead various talent acquisition projects while collaborating closely with hiring managers and recruiters.
