Requirements

Deep analytical expertise in talent analytics and data-driven decision-making
Proficiency in Alteryx for designing and optimizing advanced workflows
Strong SQL skills (Snowflake, SQL Server) with focus on performance tuning and query optimization
Working knowledge of Python and/or R (strong plus)
Expertise in Tableau and Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and visualizations
Ability to build and maintain robust data pipelines and scalable data models
Experience with data governance, including data cataloging, quality management, and stewardship
Domain expertise in talent data, business processes, and platform capabilities
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills to translate business needs into analytics solutions
Ability to uncover trends, tell compelling data stories, and provide actionable business recommendations

Responsibilities

Lead efforts to transform candidate, associate, and operational data into actionable insights for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Talent Learning and Development
Design and optimize advanced Alteryx workflows to deliver scalable talent analytics and workforce insights
Develop and maintain robust data pipelines using SQL, with performance tuning and query optimization
Create and enhance interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI for real-time insights and data storytelling
Implement scalable data models and solutions to uncover talent trends, automate workforce processes, and support organizational analytics needs
Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent, HR, and business leaders to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions
Communicate analytical findings through presentations and storytelling, translating complex data into clear business recommendations
Provide mentorship and thought leadership to team members and partners, fostering analytical excellence
Champion data governance practices using in-house and vendor tools, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business objectives
Serve as domain expert on talent data and processes
Contribute to prioritized ad-hoc data requests and work backlog
Understand and document current state data definitions, scope, and process flows
