Responsibilities

中長期採用戦略の立案と推進（SIEにおける中長期的採用課題を捉え、戦略を立案し、HRBP、他人事部門リーダー、ビジネス部門のシニアリーダーたちと協業しながら進める）
採用チームのチームマネジメント（新卒・中途採用両チームのマネジメント、各チームのリーダー育成、リソースアロケーションの最適化、アルバイト採用・契約社員採用／契約更新、オンボーディングプロセスのサポート、チームメンバーの目標設定およびパフォーマンスレビュー、目標達成に向けた支援、年間予算の策定とクォーターごとの予実管理、Tableauでの採用データの収集と分析結果に応じた課題の特定＆解決）
採用とその周辺プロセス（オンボーディング、契約関連など）の最適化と改善（HRBP、人事の各部門リーダー、経営管理、経理、法務など各チームとの横断的な連携、グローバルTAチームや他グローバル人事組織との連携と情報収集、採用広報・ブランディング施策、DE&I施策などの推進、Sony Group各社との連携（主に新卒採用エリア））
経営層・ステークホルダーへの情報提供とより良い採用に向けた提案（経営層や部門責任者（VPレベル）への採用状況のレポーティング、より効率的で効果のある採用プロセスと施策の提案、及び合意形成）
ハイレベルの案件などは、プレイングマネージャーとして採用案件も担当
