Strong leadership in strategy, design, and delivery of global-scale platforms (e.g., entitlements capability)
Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and engineers
Skills in AI-driven solutions integration for software engineering
Knowledge of platform sustainment, hygiene, compliance (PCI/SOX), and security
Experience in vendor management, contracts, and service delivery
Capability to oversee integrations with commerce and enterprise systems
Background in team performance management, talent development, and succession planning

Responsibilities

Define and execute the multi-year roadmap for the Entitlement Platform, aligned with company-wide digital commerce and guest experience goals
Manage an engineering team responsible for analyzing, designing, programming, debugging, and enhancing software solutions
Supervise delivery optimization of large-scale or sophisticated software programs and systems, collaborating cross-functionally
Drive rationalization of disparate entitlement solutions into a reusable, enterprise-grade capability
Partner with segment technology teams for consistent entitlement handling across lines of business
Lead integration of AI-driven solutions for entitlements and software engineering
Lead cross-functional planning, prioritization, and delivery of entitlement services, APIs, and tools
Provide strategic and operational leadership for 24x7 platform sustainment, hygiene, compliance, and security
Oversee platform integrations with commerce and other enterprise capabilities
Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and technical excellence
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery for business continuity and cost efficiency
Partner with enterprise architecture, platform engineering, and infrastructure teams on design and deployment
Manage team performance, talent development, and succession planning
Proactively identify opportunities for technology optimization, efficiency, innovation, and scalability
Champion reusability and interoperability through shared capabilities and APIs
