Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
  • 12+ years of experience in software development ideally in the realm of SDN control planes
  • Proven expertise in Agile SAFe, software, and distributed systems
  • Strong understanding of OSS/BSS systems, orchestration, and telemetry integration
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • A team-first mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in the design, development, and delivery of the Bandwidth Manager
  • Drive integration of the Bandwidth Manager with key systems including OSS, orchestration platforms, telemetry frameworks, and BSS environments
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless interoperability and alignment with broader SDN architecture goals
  • Champion agile development practices, continuous improvement, and high-quality software delivery
  • Provide technical guidance and strategic direction to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of the solution
