Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
12+ years of experience in software development ideally in the realm of SDN control planes
Proven expertise in Agile SAFe, software, and distributed systems
Strong understanding of OSS/BSS systems, orchestration, and telemetry integration
Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in the design, development, and delivery of the Bandwidth Manager
Drive integration of the Bandwidth Manager with key systems including OSS, orchestration platforms, telemetry frameworks, and BSS environments
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless interoperability and alignment with broader SDN architecture goals
Champion agile development practices, continuous improvement, and high-quality software delivery
Provide technical guidance and strategic direction to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of the solution
