This role involves partnering with Sales, Finance, and Total Rewards to align compensation programs with strategic priorities and foster a pay-for-performance culture. Responsibilities also include delivering analytics on key performance indicators, managing a team, and overseeing the financial impacts of non-standard deal structures.
