  • Ability to host project meetings at least once a week, take detailed notes, capture due outs, follow up, and hold vendors/team accountable

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the project timeline for all relevant OIC technology projects, both assigned and proactive, ensuring schedules align with contractual deliverables and due dates
  • Host all vendor project status calls, keeping projects on task
  • Act as accountability manager for project progression; track due outs from all stakeholders between deliverable dates
  • Flag projects falling behind projected timelines and develop actionable solutions for challenges
  • Become a subject matter expert on all OIC technology; identify gaps in center standards and design/suggest/implement solutions
  • Maintain financial overview to ensure projects stay within their unique Statement of Work (SOW)
  • Maintain detailed notes from meetings for internal/external use, including due outs and follow-up items
  • Facilitate project completion by coordinating team activities until completion
  • Develop project plans identifying resources and budgetary needs
  • Host project meetings at least once a week/as needed with team and managers; hold parties accountable for due outs, follow up, and communicate open items
  • Provide feedback, advice, and project updates to clients, OIC leadership, and partners
  • Manage deadlines and push team for timely deliverables
  • Coordinate and/or execute testing of project deliverables to ensure they meet Simon standards and function as intended
  • Provide critical feedback on testing and demonstrations, including end-user perspective (UX/UI)
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, Simon, AUS, etc
  • Coordinate and build professional relationships with Simon’s HR, Financial/Billing, and Recruiting Departments to provide necessary documents
