Responsibilities

  • Promote/support company policies, procedures, mission, values, ethics/integrity by training/directing others, ensuring compliance, and utilizing Open Door Policy
  • Ensure business needs are met by evaluating plans/programs/initiatives, consulting stakeholders, applying improvement suggestions, and supporting community outreach
  • Develop/lead multiple cross-functional projects by anticipating process gaps, benchmarking best practices, leveraging data/methodologies, ensuring data credibility, supporting sustainable practices, managing organization-wide projects, and adjusting to business demands
  • Manage current/forecasted projects by developing/prioritizing/coordinating work plans, supporting project selection, aligning objectives, forecasting/managing resources, monitoring milestones/expenditures/costs, tracking/communicating status, overseeing documentation, and acting as focal contact
