Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field and 3 years' experience in Product Marketing, Consulting, or related field OR 5 years' experience in Product Marketing, Consulting, or related field
  • Master's degree (Business, Communications, Marketing, or similar)
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing with go-to-market strategy
  • 2 years' of Product Marketing Experience with an understanding of field operations OR a background in the digital and physical store execution and distribution space
  • Great interviewer and empathetic collaborator with the ability to simplify complex statements, ensuring clear messaging across the organization
  • Solid Product Marketing background: Experience in product marketing, specifically within tech, B2B, and health and wellness industries, complemented by experience in launching multiple products
  • Flexible and adaptive mindset: A quick learner with experience working in fast-paced environments (e.g., consulting, startups) who is open to growing with a new organization

Responsibilities

  • Lead a near-term launch in a new space for the organization, including competitive landscape analysis, persona identification, core GTM materials and more
  • Identify opportunities to grow product adoption and improve product understanding by conceptualizing, drafting, and overseeing execution of content marketing assets, such as case studies, blog posts, pitch materials, and other assets
  • Improve and accelerate marketing and products by identifying unique selling points (USPs) and use cases through a diverse range of inputs
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that articulates value proposition in multiple marketing and sales assets, including pitch decks, use cases, and other assets
  • Identify market growth opportunities; build data-driven product marketing strategies and develop business cases working with product teams and sales
  • Manage execution of several new product launches at various life cycles, including alphas, betas, and general availability and growth stages
