Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
  • At least 2 years of experience leading and managing a team of product managers
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration, with expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date
  • Proficiency in five key areas: Human Centered (obsesses about internal and external customer needs to reimagine and innovate product solutions), Business Focused (delivers game-changing outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellence), Technology Driven (leverages technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions within a modern data ecosystem, e.g., cloud-based data platforms, APIs, real-time data flows), Integrated Problem Solving (identifies and resolves complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks, including data quality, data governance, and data pipeline efficiency), Transformational Leadership (leads and develops cross-functional teams to solve customer problems, drive organizational alignment, champion data-driven decision making, and foster data literacy, including direct management and mentorship of product managers)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers in building a universe of data products covering the most used data for data consumers (analysts, engineers, data scientists, product managers, and business partners)
  • Transform the data experience for all customer personas across Small Business Bank
  • Play a leading role in shaping local and partner roadmaps as shared capabilities are defined that can be scaled across the line of business and Enterprise
