Responsibilities

  • Lead Marketing Delivery Strategy & Execution, including building an ecosystem of personalized, triggered messaging and evolving marketing toolkit capabilities to drive loyalty and customer stickiness
  • Partner with Travel Tech as lead strategist to advance infrastructure for sophisticated, efficient customer-facing campaigns
  • Spearhead efforts to innovate and accelerate operational pace for launching campaigns
  • Partner closely with Business Analysts, Marketers, Horizontal Product, and Tech (across Travel and Card) to understand and influence the holistic Growth vision
  • Convert understanding into a coordinated path to evolve the suite of marketing capabilities
  • Oversee build and execution of complex, cross-functional campaigns leveraging marketing infrastructure
  • Own and prioritize the long-term (12-18 months) product roadmap to deliver business outcomes, aligning cross-functional resources
  • Define KPIs for the product, measure and track them, and adjust roadmap based on data
  • Maintain end-to-end understanding of the product and its ecosystem fit to anticipate impacts from business changes
  • Work closely with tech leadership and architecture to understand technical tradeoffs and their impact on customer experience, ensuring optimal tools
  • Challenge the status quo and chart new ways of working for efficient, fast-paced growth
  • Rally teams and senior stakeholders to the product vision, leverage relationships to align and influence prioritization across partner teams
  • Attract and retain top talent, mentor and develop associates on their product careers
