Requirements

  • Minimum: 4-Year Degree; Preferred: 4-Year Degree or Graduate Degree in business, computer science or a related field
  • 6+ years' experience in product management, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team of product managers
  • Strong technical background with experience in software development, cloud technologies, APIs, or enterprise solutions
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product initiatives from concept to launch
  • Proven success delivering enterprise-grade products at scale, ideally in a franchised or multi-unit environment
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Deep understanding of restaurant operations, Point of Sale systems, restaurant technology, QSR or adjacent industries
  • Experience with integrations into speed of service technology, payment systems, e-commerce platforms, or loyalty systems
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to lead data-driven discussions to drive alignment around prioritization and impact
  • Fluency to understand technical constraints and prioritize/discuss tradeoffs between development and business teams
  • Knowledge of the product development lifecycle (e.g., opportunity identification, product discovery, project execution, post-launch performance measurement and management)
  • Deep knowledge of agile & lean methodologies
  • Ability to translate data-driven insights, business intent, customer needs, and/or technical direction into clear, concise, well-documented product requirements
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with ability to articulate complex concepts, influence stakeholders, and drive decision-making across teams and time zones
  • Excellent problem-solving skills – ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities and overcome unexpected challenges
  • Strong project/workflow management, prioritization, and negotiating skills
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and deliver results; conscientious about meeting project deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Leadership & development for a team of ~2 product managers working across multiple product areas in the Front-of-House Team Member Experience, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Product strategy and execution: create and drive product roadmaps for front-of-house technology, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and technical capabilities
  • Collaborate closely with the Product leadership team, Engineering, UX, PMO, and other key stakeholders to drive seamless product development and execution
  • Data-driven decision-making utilizing customer insights, analytics, and experimentation to inform product decisions and validate business impact
  • Communicate effectively as the Product Leader for the Front-of-House Value Stream, ensuring transparency, alignment, and operational efficiency
  • Define and execute outcome-based roadmaps
  • Leverage data to drive decision-making
  • Foster strong cross-functional partnerships
  • Define the product vision and align development efforts with value creation and business objectives
  • Drive innovation, efficiency, and performance in front-of-house technology solutions across Inspire Brands to deliver exceptional guest experiences
