Responsibilities

The Senior Manager will set the product vision and strategy for enterprise search, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and question-answering capabilities to drive company growth. This role involves owning product outcomes, securing executive buy-in, and ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business and customer impact. Responsibilities include guiding engineering, ML research, UX research, and design partners with clear requirements for advanced search capabilities, championing user-driven innovation through customer pilots and research, and driving the adoption of search and GenAI capabilities across the platform. The manager will also define and refine metrics for search and AI feature performance, relevance, and business value, and manage and mentor a team of 4+ Product Managers.
