Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of creative strategists and producers developing full-funnel paid social content—from brand storytelling to conversion-driving campaigns
  • Set the creative vision and platform-specific strategies that translate audience insights into engaging, high-performing content
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Strategy, Full-Funnel Media and our in-house Content Studio to bring cohesive campaigns to life
  • Champion creative excellence and efficiency, ensuring every piece of content reflects Etsy’s brand voice and meets business goals while scaling our output
  • Innovate and experiment with new tools, formats, creators and cultural trends to keep Etsy’s creative at the forefront of the paid social landscape
  • Drive efficient workflows and resource allocation to meet growing creative needs while maintaining exceptional quality
  • Build a culture of learning, developing creative testing methodologies and measurement frameworks to continually optimize our content
  • Foster growth and development by mentoring team members, supporting their professional development while shaping the future of our in-house studio
