This role is eligible to be based out of Axon's US hubs in Atlanta, Boston, New York, Virginia, Denver, Phoenix, San Francisco or Seattle and follows a hybrid schedule, requiring onsite work Tuesdays through Fridays with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays unless there's an approved accommodation.
The ideal candidate must be thoroughly familiar with equity incentive plans including stock options, RSUs and PSUs, and have experience with international considerations and tax implications.
The role reports directly to the VP of Financial Reporting and Strategic Investments and interfaces extensively with People Operations, Payroll, Legal, Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Tax, and both internal and external audit.

A strong candidate has thorough familiarity with equity plans like stock options, RSUs, PSUs, and the eXponential Stock Plan (XSP), experience with international tax implications, and the ability to manage end-to-end administration while partnering cross-functionally.
