Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
  • 7+ years experience in Stock Administration, with experience in a public company
  • Excellent computer knowledge, including proficiency in Excel
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various types of equity awards and programs (stock options, RSUs, PSUs)
  • Understanding of accounting standards related to equity compensation
  • Thorough familiarity with equity incentive plans, including international considerations and tax implications
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with a commitment to quality, accuracy and details
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and internal/external partners
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with high initiative

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end administration of equity plans, including reviewing grants, exercises, releases and cancellations, reviewing monthly reconciliations, and monitoring share utilization with strong collaboration among Accounting, Finance, Payroll, People Operations, Tax, and Legal teams
  • Partner with stakeholders on the continued evolution of the eXponential Stock Plan (XSP), an optional high-risk, high-reward employee stock plan
  • Implement best practices with effective controls and automate workstreams to enable efficient, accurate and timely processing of equity data
  • Maintain forecasting models for dilutive shares and assist with stock-based compensation expense forecasting
  • Coordinate with Payroll, Accounting and People Ops on the reporting of stock compensation for employee income purposes, both domestic and international
  • Act as liaison between officers, employees and brokers in setting up and maintaining 10b5-1 trading plans and transactions as needed
  • Review Forms 3 and 4 to report Section 16 officer and director transactions in SEC filings
  • Provide information for financial statement footnote disclosures, reconcile the balance sheet accounts related to common stock, additional paid in capital, and related employee taxes, and prepare quarterly equity rollforward
  • Perform other duties and ad hoc projects and reporting as requested
  • Report directly to the VP of Financial Reporting and Strategic Investments and interface extensively with People Operations, Payroll, Legal, Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Tax, and both internal and external audit
