Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in network engineering
  • US citizenship, US naturalized citizenship, or US Permanent Resident holding a green card (due to Federal requirements)
  • Must pass a ServiceNow background screening, USFedPASS (US Federal Personnel Authorization Screening Standards), including a credit check, criminal/misdemeanor check, and drug test

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a mentor and leader for a team of highly technical network engineers
  • Understand business requirements and map them to technical solutions
  • Be an effective and successful people manager
  • Participate in and provide strategic influence to other ServiceNow business leaders
  • Adapt quickly to a rapidly evolving environment and re-prioritize as needed
  • Influence network investment decisions through communication and presentation skills
  • Travel internationally to engage with in-country engineers and meet with regulated market personnel
  • Help engineers and managers develop their careers by assigning them to projects and providing regular performance assessments
  • Work closely with recruiting staff to expand the team, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
  • Attend and speak at major industry conferences
