Requirements

10+ years of experience in network engineering
US citizenship, US naturalized citizenship, or US Permanent Resident holding a green card (due to Federal requirements)
Must pass a ServiceNow background screening, USFedPASS (US Federal Personnel Authorization Screening Standards), including a credit check, criminal/misdemeanor check, and drug test

Responsibilities

Serve as a mentor and leader for a team of highly technical network engineers
Understand business requirements and map them to technical solutions
Be an effective and successful people manager
Participate in and provide strategic influence to other ServiceNow business leaders
Adapt quickly to a rapidly evolving environment and re-prioritize as needed
Influence network investment decisions through communication and presentation skills
Travel internationally to engage with in-country engineers and meet with regulated market personnel
Help engineers and managers develop their careers by assigning them to projects and providing regular performance assessments
Work closely with recruiting staff to expand the team, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
Attend and speak at major industry conferences
