Responsibilities

Build, lead and engage a Manufacturing Operations organisation to establish a world-class manufacturing facility
Direct all aspects of manufacturing operations for the facility in order to produce cost-effective, timely and high quality products in a safe and secure working environment
Manage development, implementation and continual improvement of the operating methods, equipment, systems and other operating infrastructure used to realize operating goals and objectives
Direct development of production work schedules to meet internal goals and customer expectations; monitoring process and employee performance of scheduled work activities to achieve established operating goals
Oversee programs and practices for hiring, performance management and developing/training employees that perform and support the facility operations
Maintain and build positive employee relations and an inspiring work environment
