Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or IT
5-7 years of management experience or proven leadership personality
At least 5 years of experience with System Management
At least 5 years of track record in delivering multiple business systems and business analysis/projects
High-level communication skills in English (Swedish is an advantage)

Responsibilities

Secure the day-to-day operation of HemoCue's most important Business Systems (e.g., ERP D365, Integration platform, QMS - SmartSolve, CRM – Salesforce, BI - Qlik and Power BI, and around 40 supporting systems globally)
Manage a team of 7 consisting of Enterprise Architect, Master Data & Business Process Modelling Manager, and 5 Business Application Specialists
Drive continuous improvements and connect IT and Business to ensure the Business Application landscape is compliant and supports an efficient and effective HemoCue Business
Continue to improve efficiency and effectiveness of HemoCue's Business processes through leading the development of the Business System landscape
Lead a team of 7 in a global environment with high focus on following regulations
Implement new techniques, tools, and initiatives to enhance the team’s ability to support the business
Manage stakeholder relationships with various business functions (e.g., Operations, Sales, R&D, Marketing, Facility) globally at four different sites
Secure compliance to laws and regulations (e.g., ISO27001, IT SOX, ISA315, FDA Software validation)
Lead and/or participate in assigned projects
Deepen leadership skills
