Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • At least 7 years of experience in Financial Analysis
  • At least 2 years of experience in People Leadership
  • Willingness to travel an average of 10-15% of the time
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week in-person)
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s Degree in Finance
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
  • At least 5 years of experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function
  • At least 1 year of people management experience managing both direct and indirect reports

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of associates to provide oversight and analysis for actuals and outlook
  • Present monthly financial results to internal and external leadership
  • Manage quarterly or annual strategic exercises related to the GPN business
  • Directly support the International Markets and US Third Party Issuance businesses
  • Serve as a strategic advisor supporting global acceptance expansion via tracking and analysis
  • Drive revenue generating and expense efficiency initiatives by understanding business economics and leading/influencing business
  • Develop financial projections to support planning and investment decisions
  • Provide advice and financial analyses to leadership for investment decisions, pricing changes, and new products/offers
  • Monitor and assess return on financial investments
  • Lead analytical approaches to proactively develop insightful financial analyses
  • Develop and lead finance activities including budgeting, short- and long-term forecasting, revenue and expense driver analysis
  • Accurately analyze and explain key drivers and monthly variances, suggest actions, and manage regular reporting for multiple GPN segments
  • Partner with business leaders to provide strategic finance and accounting perspective on initiatives
  • Develop and deliver senior management presentations
  • Create and maintain models to understand long-term profit and loss impacts and drive decisions
  • Perform detailed competitive analyses to drive strategic insights and actions
  • Create well-managed sustainable processes and continuously challenge possibilities
  • Independently manage, prioritize, and delegate tasks
  • Manage and develop 2 analysts, including coaching, mentoring, talent development, retention, and risk management
  • Articulate outcomes of analysis and relevant insights
  • Partner with business leadership to assess financial implications of strategic growth initiatives
  • Develop presentations to communicate business and analysis results to senior leadership audiences
