This position will be located in the Gilead Japan HQ office in Tokyo.
Key responsibilities include leading the Tokyo Depot project, managing Depot Site Operations in a GMP environment, developing and executing the CEF real estate strategy for material warehouses, supervising the Site Manager and Facilities Team, and managing service providers and capital projects.
The role requires providing Facilities and Site Ops leadership and expertise, supervising the Site Manager and Facilities Team, and serving as a key member of the Intercontinental, Japan, China and GPS Site Ops Team.
The role reports to the Senior Director, Site Operations of Intercontinental, Japan, China and GPS, supervises the Site Manager and Facilities Team, and is part of the team managing operations in 18 countries.
Strong candidates will have expertise in facilities operations, project management, real estate strategy, GMP environments, and managing third-party suppliers, along with leadership skills to supervise teams and support regional and global business needs.
