Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant business experience in account management, business development, or partnerships within the payments, fintech, or digital ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of Korea’s digital payments landscape and regulatory environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
  • Fluent in Korean and proficient in English
  • Experience working with global teams or in a multinational organization (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Visa’s products, services, and partner ecosystem (preferred)
  • Understanding of emerging technologies such as open banking, digital identity, or blockchain (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow strategic partnerships with digital-first clients, including fintechs, digital banks, and bigtech platforms
  • Lead joint business planning and execution with partners to drive mutual growth
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities aligned with Visa’s strategic priorities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Consulting & Analytics, Finance, and other teams to deliver customized solutions
  • Represent Visa in client meetings and provide market insights and thought leadership to inform strategy and decision-making
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives such as product launches, cross-border marketing campaigns, and digital transformation projects
