Requirements

The Senior Manager of Data and Analytics should possess a strong understanding of data management, including development, maintenance, and prioritization, with experience in building and managing a data roadmap for a scaling nonprofit organization. They require experience in data architecture, data integration methods, and data governance policies and procedures, along with the ability to maintain data quality and ensure data integrity. Additionally, they should have experience in managing data strategy and budgets, as well as implementing data solutions to support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager of Data and Analytics will manage Upstream’s vision for data management, including the development and maintenance of a data roadmap, and will provide thought partnership to the Director of Data, Analytics, and Technology in developing and managing the data, analytics, and technology budget. They will also manage Upstream’s data architecture, create a single source of truth for data, and implement data strategy, governance, policies, and procedures. Furthermore, they will optimize the end-user experience with Upstream’s technology stack and mentor others while maintaining high quality standards.
