Nonprofit improving contraceptive access nationwide
Upstream USA aims to reduce unplanned pregnancies by providing equitable access to a variety of contraceptive options through partnerships with healthcare centers across the U.S. The organization enhances reproductive care by offering training and resources to healthcare providers, enabling them to better serve patients at risk of unintended pregnancies. Unlike many competitors, Upstream USA focuses on data-driven strategies that have demonstrated measurable success, such as a 24% decrease in unplanned pregnancies in Delaware. The ultimate goal is to expand opportunities for individuals by decreasing the rate of unplanned pregnancies.
