  • Manage Intake Requests: Oversee intake process for analytics requests, size efforts, and route to appropriate business partners for execution
  • Build Scalable Analysis Frameworks: Leverage AI and automation to develop repeatable approaches for evaluating problems
  • Enable Impact-First Prioritization: Use AI-driven impact estimates for smart sizing and prioritization of initiatives
  • Develop Proactive Tooling: Partner to create automation, anomaly detection, and dashboards that surface issues before they escalate
  • Lead and Develop Direct Reports: Provide coaching, mentorship, and career development for a team of analysts and managers
