Requirements

Bachelor's or equivalent with 5+ years of experience
In-depth knowledge of analytics techniques including profiling, data mining, modeling, statistical analysis, network and journey mapping, and campaign measurement
Experience working with data environments and strong knowledge of SQL to create, manipulate, and transform large datasets
Working experience with Adobe Analytics or equivalent platforms like Google Analytics
Working experience with Tableau or equivalent data visualization tools
Experience interacting with cross-functional partners and crafting presentations that convey the data narrative
Financial industry experience (a plus)
In-depth knowledge of statistical and Machine Learning methods and approaches (a plus)
Proficiency in Python or R (a plus)
Passion for leveraging data to drive business decision-making through statistical, econometric modeling, and machine learning techniques
Deep understanding of analytical techniques and their application to problem characteristics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in strategy development, business analysis, risks, and opportunity assessment
Working knowledge of analytic technology software, platforms, and languages (e.g., SQL, R, Python, Tableau, PowerBI, Adobe Analytics)
Ability to acquire data from multiple sources/environments and transform it for analytics
Experience conducting advanced cross-channel analytics for holistic customer engagement views
Ability to design and implement models to assess marketing impact across channels
Ability to map and analyze end-to-end customer journeys for optimization
Ability to leverage qualitative data to identify opportunity areas
Ability to think on your feet and respond effectively to changing priorities
Ability to communicate data through visualization and storytelling

Partner to build cross-functional relationships with business and analytics colleagues
Provide insights to enable data-driven decisions for strategic objectives
Serve as Senior Manager for analytics and insights on improvement initiatives across WI business units
Drive analytics, experimentation, and insight generation using platforms for digital interactions and transactions
Develop and deliver analytical data and insights to solve business problems
Enable partner stakeholders to make objective, informed decisions
Provide opportunities for innovation through analytics capabilities and new technologies
Develop and deploy analytic solutions for Workplace Investing Data and Analytics
