- Expertise in Data Analysis and Integrity
- Skills and knowledge in interpreting data to illuminate client and colleague comprehension, with the goal of reducing Costs of Risk
- Ability to mentor and teach the design and delivery of actionable analytics and reporting
Responsibilities
- Learning and development of Risk Mitigation Analysts and other Colleagues as deemed appropriate and necessary
- Manage and lead the day-to-day activities and services of Risk Mitigation Analysts
- Ensure client satisfaction and acquisition by developing Analytics deliverables that are on the vanguard in the industry
- Keep abreast of current trends and advancements in data analysis and insurance analytics
- Responsible for all aspects of development of Risk Mitigation Analysts, including their ability to design and deliver actionable analytics to clients, prospects, and internal Colleagues
- Develop the technical and leadership skills of Risk Mitigation Analysts
- Help with the overall strategic direction of Analytics and Marketing deliverables
