Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of business plans and projects, including identifying needs, communicating priorities, removing obstacles, providing resources, measuring performance, and developing contingencies
  • Supervise and develop associates through selection, training, mentoring, duty assignment, performance expectations, evaluations, recognition, coaching, and promoting belonging
  • Promote company policies, procedures, mission, values, ethics, and Open Door Policy through training, direction, and compliance enforcement
  • Evaluate ongoing effectiveness of plans and initiatives, consult stakeholders, apply improvement suggestions, and support community outreach
  • Manage resolution of business issues by reviewing data, determining local and regional solutions, following up on issues, and collaborating cross-functionally
  • Drive change initiatives by defining processes, validating value, implementing project plans, assessing readiness, managing expectations, and ensuring timely execution
  • Manage development and implementation of process improvements by overseeing evaluations, directing solutions, reviewing reports, identifying barriers, and benchmarking competitors
  • Provide recommendations to senior management by reviewing feedback, assessing risks, developing enhancements, managing metrics reporting, ensuring alignment, and communicating strategy
  • Direct development, prioritization, and execution of key business strategies, communications, cross-functional initiatives, programs, customer/company communications, and training content
