Responsibilities

Closely lead the full billing process to ensure timely and comprehensive results, monitor billing requests, review monthly unbilled and credit trackers, coordinate team coverage, and ensure adherence to internal processes
Successfully implement strategies to meet customer requirements, propose solutions for non-standard requirements, and lead discussions on system limitations
Work with other teams to resolve billing-related queries, build strong interdepartmental relationships, and support internal and external communications
Drive process improvement and standardization, provide feedback, highlight training needs, communicate process reminders, and lead cross-department meetings
Lead recruitment efforts, coordinate onboarding and training for new team members, and provide ongoing support
Focus on team development, engagement, and retention through regular mentoring, career development discussions, goal setting, performance reviews, and recognition of achievements
Define and measure billing productivity and efficiency, assist in gathering data, and review results monthly
Prepare monthly reports to analyze billing trends, results against targets, credit volumes, request errors, and billing timeliness, and provide data for internal and customer audits
Deliver clear and timely communication of company or team goals and any changes impacting the team
