Requirements

  • Prior experience managing a team of more than 5 members
  • At least seven years of experience working on basic and advanced Unix / Linux commands and shell scripting
  • In-depth knowledge of Capital Markets
  • Prior experience working on version control tools like GIT
  • Prior experience in Customer Management
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally at all levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience Level: 9 to 12 years

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of eight Application Integration Engineers
  • Allocate resources and monitor team performance
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of onboarding projects
  • Drive operational excellence and process improvements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align onboarding with product evolution
  • Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions
  • Perform data quality tests on customer data and work closely with the customer to resolve issues
  • Set up the application configurations as per the customer requirements and data quality
  • Preparation of customer sign-off document and go-live activities at the end of the UAT testing
  • Implement changes as per the change request document and perform necessary testing to ensure the changes are working as expected
  • Work closely with functional analysts, sales, support & development teams to ensure smooth onboarding for all the new clients
  • Provide weekly project status reports to internal and external stakeholders
