Requirements

Master's degree or above, overseas study preferred, in marketing, real estate, Chinese, advertising or related majors preferred
More than 5 years of relevant work experience in real estate pre-consultation and planning, preferably in complex, commercial real estate, tourism and cultural real estate
Strong logical analysis, communication and coordination skills
Good team awareness, execution and writing skills, able to withstand work pressure
Proficient in using Office office software
Good English ability (especially reading and writing) preferred

Responsibilities

Preliminary planning of real estate project development, including project market research, feasibility analysis, positioning analysis, architectural design suggestions, etc
Undertake the role of project manager, coordinating the planning team to write the preliminary planning report
Communicate with customers, including project development and reporting on stage work results
Lead the completion of team work arrangement
