Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology or related field (will accept Bachelor's equivalent based on combination of education as determined by a professional evaluation service)
  • 5 years of experience in the job offered or in operational management
  • 2 years of experience leading geographically dispersed teams
  • 2 years of experience with operational support of AWS technologies
  • Must reside within the MSA of the office worksite in Jacksonville, Florida
  • Must report to office worksite 2 days per week (hybrid position)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee operational systems, processes, operational procedures, and infrastructure
  • Manage support analysts in resolution of system issues and outages
  • Anticipate, track, and resolve operational and tactical risks
  • Manage daily business of operations team while balancing responsibilities of various business lines such as business analysis, vendor, and risk management
  • Work with Director, Contact Center Technologies on special projects
  • Oversee and report metrics
  • Identify trends and assess opportunities to improve processes
  • Complete reasonableness testing and information validation before circulating findings and recommendations
  • Raise, resolve, and track issues and conflicts involving stakeholders
  • Respond to feedback
  • Support training programs, reinforcing technology and operations infrastructure between departments
  • Ensure operations, administrative, and compliance functions are executed in accordance with regulatory-based best practices
  • Act as Agent on behalf of key stakeholders (Business Units) during portfolio prioritization
  • Coordinate testing, training, and communication for portfolio releases
  • Develop communications cadence to management
  • Design, run, analyze, and interpret experimental tests
  • Address operational concerns and monitor customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and policies
  • Analyze training needs/requirements
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to Information Technology, other Business Units, and front-line employees
