Requirements

4-8 years of relevant experience in financial services (consulting, insurance, banking, or related areas)
Master’s degree with an excellent academic record
Passion for Financial Services (insurance and pension expertise is a plus)
Experience from business or IT-related change projects, ideally with project management or leadership exposure
Knowledge of core financial services processes (e.g., product development, underwriting, claims, lending, payments, distribution)
Familiarity with digital solutions such as web apps, automation, or intelligent operations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English (Swedish fluency is a must)
Strong consulting toolbox and problem-solving skills
Industry knowledge in financial services (insurance is a plus, but banking or related experience also counts)
Leadership qualities (e.g., leading projects, coaching colleagues, taking initiative)
Thrive in a diverse and international environment with strong communication skills, ability to present complex topics clearly, and a creative, analytical, solution-oriented mindset
