Responsibilities

  • Design and implement advanced NN architectures for scene understanding tasks such as object detection, segmentation, and classification
  • Train, fine-tune, and validate models on large-scale, real-world datasets to ensure robustness in diverse driving scenarios
  • Optimize models for edge devices through techniques such as quantization, pruning, distillation, and hardware-aware training—balancing latency, memory, and power constraints
  • Compile, deploy, and test NNs on automotive NN acceleration hardware platforms
  • Collaborate closely with software and systems teams to allow seamless integration into the vehicle software pipeline
  • Stay current with research trends in computer vision and efficient deep learning and help translate them into production-ready solutions
