Requirements

Candidates should have experience working with open-source LLM foundation models and commercial LLM APIs such as ChatGPT or Gemini. They must possess hands-on experience in model development, specifically with GenAI, NLP-based modeling, transformer-based models, and prompt engineering and evaluation. Proficiency in data manipulation, cleaning, and pre-processing for complex unstructured data sets is required, along with a proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Demonstrated success in mentorship within software development, particularly using an agile process and with large-scale SaaS products, is also necessary. A strong desire to continuously learn and challenge oneself as an ML engineer is essential.

Responsibilities

The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will develop advanced machine learning models using structured and unstructured data to improve customer experience. They will create Large Language Model (LLM) based solutions to help clients save time and create efficiencies. This role involves collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, product management, operations, and data science to identify new ML-driven features. The engineer will work in an agile environment with a team of machine learning engineers, MLOps engineers, and software developers across a variety of projects.
