Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in machine learning, with a minimum of 2 years specifically in ML. Extensive experience in Python is required, along with experience in 2D deep learning and 3D geometric computer vision. Experience with 3D deep learning is preferred, as well as familiarity with PyTorch. A Master's or PhD in a related field is also necessary, along with immaculate attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent code and results.
The Senior Machine Learning & Computer Vision Engineer will build computer vision models to extract structure from unstructured 3D scans. They will research state-of-the-art methods for developing models for 3D generative AI tasks and conventional computer vision tasks. The engineer will collaborate with product and research teams to identify improvement opportunities in current and upcoming product lines, work with massive datasets to develop and fine-tune models, and develop evaluation methods to establish confidence in datasets and models. They will implement best practices for MLOps pipelines and work closely with product owners on a feature-focused team to deliver value quickly to Dandy’s customers.
