Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of five years of relevant legal M&A integration experience, preferably within a leading technology company, demonstrating excellent organizational and project management skills, and the ability to effectively identify and articulate implications, taking appropriate action or escalation.
The Senior M&A Legal Integration Paralegal will collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the integration of acquired companies, coordinate and manage legal integration projects including creating dashboards and reports, support legal teams in conducting due diligence, prepare reports and presentations regarding M&A activities, maintain accurate records of M&A transactions, track legal integration milestones, identify and mitigate legal risks and issues, liaise with external counsel and vendors, and run retrospective analyses to improve documentation and processes.
