Responsibilities

  • Develop, set, and execute inclusive strategies for the Jewellery category in alignment with global and regional strategy, engaging stakeholders to champion new business opportunities across sub-categories and franchises
  • Oversee the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasting process, partnering with licensees, franchise, marketing, product development, and finance teams to set objectives and drive sustainable growth
  • Proactively build, nurture, and cultivate relationships and joint business planning with jewellery licensees (longstanding and new) to ensure they feel valued and empowered
  • Continuously evaluate the licensee base and lead optimisation initiatives, prioritising diversity and inclusion in partner selection and engagement
  • Participate in or lead contract negotiations with distributors to maximise Disney’s royalty revenue, ensuring transparent communication at global, EMEA, and local levels
  • Collaborate with regional creative teams, product approvers, franchise, and marketing teams to support product sales, embracing diverse perspectives and market needs
  • Communicate the International Labour Standards (ILS) process and serve as point of contact between suppliers and TWDC ILS team, promoting ethical practices
  • Identify, present to, and secure new licensees to enhance global category growth, seeking diverse partners from various backgrounds and markets
  • Partner with Disney market teams worldwide, sharing information, strategy, and franchise updates while responding to local market needs
