Responsibilities
Develop, set, and execute inclusive strategies for the Jewellery category in alignment with global and regional strategy, engaging stakeholders to champion new business opportunities across sub-categories and franchises
Oversee the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasting process, partnering with licensees, franchise, marketing, product development, and finance teams to set objectives and drive sustainable growth
Proactively build, nurture, and cultivate relationships and joint business planning with jewellery licensees (longstanding and new) to ensure they feel valued and empowered
Continuously evaluate the licensee base and lead optimisation initiatives, prioritising diversity and inclusion in partner selection and engagement
Participate in or lead contract negotiations with distributors to maximise Disney’s royalty revenue, ensuring transparent communication at global, EMEA, and local levels
Collaborate with regional creative teams, product approvers, franchise, and marketing teams to support product sales, embracing diverse perspectives and market needs
Communicate the International Labour Standards (ILS) process and serve as point of contact between suppliers and TWDC ILS team, promoting ethical practices
Identify, present to, and secure new licensees to enhance global category growth, seeking diverse partners from various backgrounds and markets
Partner with Disney market teams worldwide, sharing information, strategy, and franchise updates while responding to local market needs
