  • SaaS or tech experience, ideally with exposure beyond pure legal work into commercial and operational areas

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, high-value vendor and customer agreements
  • Partner with enterprise stakeholders (e.g., HiBob, Salesforce) in native-level English
  • Give practical, solution-oriented advice that balances risk with business impact
  • Own and improve Omnea and other procurement/contract workflows, cutting cycle times and clarifying responsibilities
  • Build governance processes that track agreements, renewals, and obligations—without slowing teams down
  • Help build the foundation for a Deal Desk, so Account Executives can focus on selling, not paperwork
  • Structure deals, define guardrails, and support Sales leadership in scaling upmarket operations
  • Partner with the Head of Legal to land Typeform’s legal strategy and support compliance (privacy, risk, governance)
  • Drive cross-functional projects from idea to delivery
  • Run trainings and awareness programs to raise commercial and legal literacy across the company
  • Connect Legal, Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Product
  • Anticipate challenges and proactively propose solutions
  • Bring a service mindset but challenge processes and risks where needed
