  • Leverages performance consulting, adult learning theory, and instructional design best practices
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders at all levels, including executives
  • Influences departmental strategy and makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues without direction
  • Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments
  • Comfort with leveraging AI to drive work outcomes
  • Knowledge of learning technologies (e.g., Articulate, Vyond, Cornerstone on Demand) and collaborative tools
  • Ability to facilitate live and virtual sessions

Responsibilities

  • Independently conducts all learning activities (Learning Needs Analysis to Design, Development, and Delivery) to support associate skilling
  • Designs, plans, and facilitates training on topics such as Cloud technologies and other essential skills for IT Associates
  • Partners with Associate Director to develop, refine, and prioritize the skilling roadmap, aligning with IT needs
  • Reports progress upwardly and to all non-Executive stakeholders
  • Manages the Intake process to capture and report on all requests (course development, LMS updates, etc.)
  • Provides LMS support as needed for the team and, as availability allows, the rest of IT
  • Partners with Associate Director to generate data-driven insights for continuous improvement and strategic decision-making
  • Manages learning tool license administration to ensure prudent allocation across IT learning
  • Designs and develops engaging, learner-centered experiences (storyboards, scripts, performance support tools, mobile learning, manuals)
  • Writes effective learning objectives and coordinates performance assessments to measure training effectiveness
  • Ensures course materials are current and relevant
  • Tracks and analyzes training program effectiveness (learner satisfaction, proficiency testing, job performance improvement)
  • Provides instruction and guidance to Facilitators
  • Uses consultative skills for needs analysis to determine if learning solutions are necessary
