Responsibilities

The Senior Learning & Development Program Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to understand overarching learning goals and translate them into creative and engaging program concepts, partner with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and subject matter experts to co-create innovative learning solutions, lead the end-to-end lifecycle of new learning programs emphasizing rapid iteration and piloting to determine effectiveness, manage a portfolio of diverse learning initiatives, prioritize flexibility and adaptability in program design, develop, lead, and manage a variety of learning programs such as onboarding, skills development, and leadership development, utilize strong project management skills to drive the execution of pilot programs and track progress against key milestones, establish methods for gathering feedback and data to iterate on program design and delivery for continuous improvement, explore and champion the use of new learning technologies and methodologies, and contribute to building a culture of experimentation and continuous learning within the organization.
