Requirements

8 years (or more) of experience building quality software
Passion for software engineering, technology, and innovation
Current proficiency in PHP, Symfony or Laravel, Git, HTTP/REST, Docker or Kubernetes (React is a plus)
Ability to determine the right level of quality based on context and constraints
Experience with microservices architectures in the cloud with a continuous delivery approach
Strong preference for collaborative work and iterative approaches
Excellent ability to share knowledge with diverse audiences
Ability to persuade and be persuaded

Responsibilities

Analyze expressed needs, challenge them, and study their feasibility
Design and estimate technical solutions in a team, anticipating refactoring if needed
Develop and maintain applications in PHP Symfony following KISS & YAGNI principles
Ensure developed solutions are scalable, resilient, and secure
Manage existing software
Provision cloud resources for applications using SRE tools
Monitor applications and maintain production
Lead projects
Collaborate transversally
Participate in implementing best development practices: code review, TDD, Clean Code, Software Craftsmanship, pair/mob programming, etc
