Responsibilities

Schnittstelle zwischen Labels und internen Abteilungen (A&R, PMM, CMM, Artist/Management) als Key Contact mit gesamt-strategischer Beratung inkl. technischer Möglichkeiten
Steuerung des gesamten Produktentwicklungsprozesses von der Anlage über Scheduling bis zur Auslieferung bei DSPs (z.B. Apple Music, YouTube)
Überwachung der Einhaltung von Timelines & Deadlines sowie Umsetzung technisch einwandfreier digitaler und physischer Produkt-Setups
Verantwortung für Release Planning in Zusammenarbeit mit A&R, PMM, CMM & Artist/Management
Erarbeitung physischer Produktkonfigurationen und Expertise bei D2C Setups
Koordination des physischen Produkt Set-Ups inkl. aller damit zusammenhängenden Aufgaben
Klare Koordination & Administration von Künstler:innen-Projekten in internen Systemen (On- und Offboarding)
Sicherstellung, dass Produkte chartfähig und GFK-gemeldet sind
Überwachung der Release-Pläne für die jeweiligen Labels
Unterstützung des Head of LPM bei übergeordneten Aufgaben und Hauptansprechpartner:in für fachliche Fragen innerhalb der Label-Gruppe und internen Schnittstellen
Fachliche Unterstützung und Übernahme koordinativer Aufgaben für weitere LPM-Kolleg:innen
