Good command of English
University degree – preferable IT/Automatics or similar or 5 years of professional experience
3 years of experience in administering Linux systems, including Ubuntu, RedHat or CentOS
5 years of experience in administering Windows Server environments, including versions 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022
5 years of experience in administering virtual infrastructure such as VMware, Nutanix, or similar platforms
Experience in configuration, administration, and service management - DNS, DHCP, RDP
Experience in administering backup systems such as NetBackup, Veeam, Backup Exec, and VMware vSphere Data Protection (VDP)

Responsibilities

Monitoring IT Infrastructure: Proactively oversee and maintain customer IT systems to ensure optimal performance and availability
Customer Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for our clients. Your communication skills and professionalism will shape their experience and reflect our company's values
Technical Support: Provide expert support via phone and email to resolve issues related to virtualization (VMware), Windows Server (2008/2012/2016/2019), and backup systems
Documentation: Create and maintain clear, concise documentation of technical solutions, procedures, and best practices
Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest technologies and continuously improve your technical expertise
