Requirements

Deep hands-on expertise across enterprise IT systems
Strong automation and scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
Experience managing identity and access platforms like Okta and Google Workspace

Responsibilities

Act as the senior escalation point for complex IT issues across infrastructure, identity, and endpoint management
Administer and maintain Okta, Google Workspace, and Kandji platforms ensuring security, compliance, and uptime
Lead Proof of Concept (POC) projects for evaluating new IT and security solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability
Monitor system performance, conduct preventive maintenance, and ensure timely patch management
Perform root cause analysis for major incidents and implement long-term corrective actions
Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell, Python, or Bash to improve operational productivity
Collaborate cross-functionally with Security, HR, and Finance for onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle automation
Enforce ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management
Maintain comprehensive documentation, SOPs, and process workflows to ensure operational consistency
Participate in policy implementation, internal audits, and compliance initiatives (ISO 27001, SOC 2)
Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders for system upgrades, renewals, and integrations
Identify and drive process improvements to strengthen IT operations and service delivery
Mentor L1/L2 engineers, fostering knowledge growth and skills
