Responsibilities

  • Handle the creation and implementation of various forms of internal strategic communication activities, programs, and content guided by Medtronic's Mission and overall business strategy
  • Lead strategies, produce content, and organize events to help align the organization's goals in support of greater employee engagement and business impact
  • Manage comprehensive strategic plans that engage employees with the company's goals, policies, mission, and growth strategies
  • Be responsible for planning, writing, and editing information to educate and inspire internal audiences to change behaviors or understand the work environment
  • Support senior leadership in communicating key change initiatives, policy changes, and other company information to employees
  • As needed, work on the communication side of change management and understanding organizational dynamics and social psychology
