Requirements

  • Proven track record in system-level experience across multiple software and hardware platforms
  • Hardware platform knowledge including Apple iOS, Android OS, and Linux-based devices, plus hardware associated with access and people management systems
  • Knowledge in IP-based devices to understand, design within, and troubleshoot hardware in a typical customer network
  • Hands-on experience in several access control, visitor, and elevator management systems
  • Ideally, experience working in buildings with property managers, commercial building staff, access control, infrastructure, and IoT integrators
  • Located in New York, NY, and able to work from the office four days a week
  • Deep understanding of VTS’ integration library including SAML and API/SDK based integrations, ranging from facility management to access control systems

Responsibilities

  • Manage and apply technically driven integration solutions for pre-sale prospects and existing customers
  • Support Sales and Solutions teams in assessing prospect’s tenant experience goals, determining viability and scope using VTS product suite
  • Partner with Tenant Advisory team to identify and resolve complex issues impacting customers across VTS portfolio using unique solutions
  • Work with support teams, solution specialists, development engineers, and quality engineers to manage, maintain, and deploy integration projects
  • Learn and become knowledgeable on platforms VTS integrates with (access control, work order management, payments, smart home technologies)
  • Write, maintain, and review knowledge base documentation to assist VTS’s support functions
  • Work independently on assigned software and hardware issues to resolution
  • Create client-facing documentation specific to client’s system’s use case
  • Make recommendations to improve systems performance, security, and scalability within VTS offerings
  • Work with technology team to discuss enhancements and alternative workflows specific to client needs
  • Travel on-site when necessary, navigating commercial real estate infrastructure and testing system compatibility with VTS
