Responsibilities

Develop and execute people strategy with respective business leaders to drive outcomes in employee engagement, workforce planning, talent development, compensation, culture, change management, and alignment with Geotab goals, policies, and business initiatives
Act as a trusted advisor, coach, and mentor to senior leaders within the designated functional group
Collaborate with leaders to develop and monitor career path plans for employees, including compensation plans and performance goals
Accountable for the strategic direction of HR support for designated functional group, ensuring alignment with overall organizational strategy
Take a consultative and collaborative approach to support and provide HR solutions within designated business groups
Participate in, develop, and execute HR strategies, goals, objectives, and projects to support Geotab growth, people development, increased engagement, and retention
Support leadership in building a culture of open communication and feedback, cascading it through all levels of the business line
Promote and cultivate positive and trusting relationships with leaders and employees to ensure Geotab culture exists within business lines
Build relationships, advise, and coach employees and leadership on HR practices
