Candidates need 7–10+ years of HRIS experience, including 3+ years leading system implementations or HR tech programs, proven success in Workday implementation and configuration (core HCM and Payroll required), and experience developing HR technology strategy and governance in scaling organizations.
In the first 90 days, you will take ownership of the Workday implementation project from start to finish, establish detailed project plans, governance, and stakeholder engagement models, partner with implementation consultants to define system configuration, data migration, and change management plans, and build alignment across HR, Finance, and IT for a smooth launch.
Strong candidates will have strong project management and stakeholder communication skills, along with a passion for the role, demonstrated by experience leading Workday implementations and building scalable HRIS functions.
