Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders to provide high-impact HR solutions and support critical HR processes like workforce planning, compensation reviews, performance management, retention, engagement, and succession planning
  • Foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture
  • Support organizational change initiatives and provide guidance on change management processes
  • Partner with Global Talent Development on strategies for business/technical capabilities, knowledge enhancement, career, and leadership development
  • Support leaders and Talent Acquisition COE in identifying/staffing critical roles, building organizational capabilities, and bench strength
  • Partner with Employee Relations COE and leaders to anticipate, identify, and resolve employee relations issues
  • Champion ID&E efforts, partnering with HR and leadership to develop and implement initiatives
  • Use HR data analytics to detect trends, alert partners, measure progress, provide insights, and communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Manage a remote sub-regional team and provide strategic partnership to commercial structure across Southern Europe, Israel, and Scandinavia
  • Lead transformative initiatives in talent acquisition, cultural evolution, inclusion, performance/talent management, employee relations, total rewards, and organizational effectiveness
