Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior HR Business Partner will build trusted relationships with business leaders to develop and execute organizational and people strategies, focusing on the Product, Tech, UX, and Data teams. This role involves evaluating organizational health using data, supporting a global product and technology team through growth and change, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data to guide leaders. Responsibilities include driving performance management, designing and implementing organizational solutions, building efficient people operations processes, collaborating with COE Partners, investigating employee concerns, resolving employee relations issues, providing policy guidance, developing HR training, and mitigating organizational risk through regulatory compliance.
